After a few days Ofcom will phone you and accept the case and send an engineer to investigate. At this point you should ask for your Ofcom case number, please pass this onto us on the UKQRM forum or direct to me.

The engineer will want to come into your shack and hear the interference so he can understand the problem, he will then make his investigations and in most cases the interference will be stopped at some later time.
